The Cure for Exhaustion? More Exercise
Fatigue is a very common health problem that can be a side effect of many illnesses and medications. To the contrary of this statement, about twenty-five percent of the people suffering from fatigue do not have a fatigue-causing illness. Scientists in Georgia decided to experiment on the idea that exercise can help reduce fatigue. After the experiment took place, the scientists came to the conclusion that people using low-intensity exercise had a sixty-five percent drop in feelings of fatigue while people using high-intensity exercise only had a forty-nine percent drop in feelings of fatigue. Exercise may help fatigue because exercise acts directly on the nervous system and that increases energy, however, the cause is not completely clear yet. Scientists believe that exercise is not only healthy for the human body, but it is far better that energy drinks and supplements.
